Regulation of the growth of vascular endothelial cells (ECs) and smooth muscle cells (SMCs) with artificial vascular grafts at vascularization is well‐known to regenerate functional blood vessels for treating cardiovascular disease; however, little research has been published on this subject. Here, a novel polymer vascular graft is presented, whose inner surface contains an assembled circular microgroove pattern decorated with a combination of concentric circular microgrooves and radial, straight microgrooves inspired by the orientation of SMCs and ECs in natural tissues. The surface micropatterns can produce dynamically tunable variations via the thermally switched shape memory. The results from the in vitro EC/SMC co‐cultures reveal that the surface micropatterns have a great capacity to regulate the specific distribution of ECs/SMCs because the ECs grow along the radial, straight microgrooves and the SMCs grow along concentric circular microgrooves. The in vivo vascularization is further analyzed by implanting the vascular graft in the rabbit carotid artery. Both histological analysis and immunofluorescence staining demonstrate that it is capable of highly effectively capturing ECs and SMCs in the blood and subsequent regeneration of new blood vessels. Designing 3D objects from scratch is difficult, especially when the user intent is fuzzy and lacks a clear target form. We facilitate design by providing reference and inspiration from existing model contexts. We rethink model design as navigating through different possible combinations of part assemblies based on a large collection of pre‐segmented 3D models. We propose an interactive sketch‐to‐design system, where the user sketches prominent features of parts to combine. The sketched strokes are analysed individually, and more importantly, in context with the other parts to generate relevant shape suggestions via adesign galleryinterface. As a modelling session progresses and more parts get selected, contextual cues become increasingly dominant, and the model quickly converges to a final form. As a key enabler, we use pre‐learned part‐based contextual information to allow the user to quickly explore different combinations of parts. Our experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach for efficiently designing new variations from existing shape collections. 相似文献

Communication between information systems is a basic problem in granular computing. In current research, a homomorphism mapping between information systems is required. In this paper, the concept of the general relation mapping between two universes is proposed in order to construct the equivalence relation on one universe according to the given equivalence relation on the other universe based on the including degrees. The main properties of the mapping are studied, and it is proved that attribute reductions in the original system and image system are equivalent to each other under the given conditions. Finally, we also define the concept of fuzzy general relation mapping between two fuzzy information systems and give some properties. 相似文献

This paper proposes that a micro-stepped structure is fabricated based on the characteristics of femtosecond laser (high-precision and cold machining) and the laminated manufacturing principle in rapid prototyping. This process is composed of two parts: the single-layer graphics cutting and the layer laminating. The cutting experiment results show that when the femtosecond laser power is 230 mW and the cutting speed is 50 μm/s, the cutting effect of the 20 μm thick 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel foil is guaranteed and the over-ablation of the lower layer steel foil caused by excessive power is avoided. During the experiment, the principles and error of focus adjustment are analyzed and a compensation plan is proposed. When the laminated procedure is finished, the overall intensive spot welding is performed on the area surrounding the mold cavity to reinforce the mold cavity and reduce the gap between layers. For a six-layer micro-mold, the nugget thermal field simulations and the metallographic analyses showed that when the welding time is 10 ms, the pressure is 20 N and the voltage reaches 0.22 V, the overall welding effect is satisfactory. Eventually, three kinds of micro-stepped gear molds are prepared and a micro-mold is bulged and replicated by Cu foils. 相似文献

利用组合盘(由固态盘和硬盘构成)进行节能是近年来的一个研究热点.对基于文件粒度的组合盘节能缓存机制开展了研究,利用能量代价模型改编FBR,提出了基于频率和能量的替换算法FEBR;同时,基于滑动窗口机制提出了考虑硬盘寿命的自适应磁盘电源管理机制;为探索现有缓存算法在新硬件结构上的适用性,对过去提出的一系列缓存替换算法在能效、性能、硬盘寿命影响等方面进行了较为全面的比较和评价.通过对收集的4个真实用例数据进行一系列比较实验,得到了如下结论:组合盘节能是可行的,可达70%~80%节能效果;联机替换算法FEBR,FBR以及GDS在所有评价的算法中具有总体最优效果,FEBR略优于FBR和GDS,能耗代价模型可以用于指导算法;所提自适应磁盘管理机制能够较好控制硬盘寿命. 相似文献

多文档文摘的处理对象是存在噪音的文档集.现有文摘系统一般使用由人工设定阈值的固定阈值去噪器.但通过实验可见,不同文摘算法本身的抗噪能力各有高低,最优阈值随文档集、文摘算法、文本表示方法而改变,人工设定的固定阈值无法达到较好的通用性和去噪效果.为此,提出一种用于生成自动去噪器的监督学习方法,通过从人工文摘中自动获得标注信息,为语义单元提取多个特征,训练语义单元分类器而构成自动去噪器.可通用于不同文本表示所生成的语义单元,在不同多文档文摘系统的预处理阶段为任意文档集自动去除噪音语义单元.实验表明,该监督学习方法所生成的自动去噪器在不同文档集、文摘算法和文本表示方法下具有通用性,较好的去噪性能使各文摘算法的速度及所提取文摘的质量得到不同程度的提升. 相似文献

多视觉特征的图像检索是当前基于内容的图像检索领域的重要方向.已有的多特征的检索主要通过线性加权的方法对特征进行组合,但这种组合方式仅实现了代数意义上的合并,未能真正利用和发掘特征间存在的相互关系,并且权重值不容易确定,检索结果易受权重值的影响.针对这一问题,提出一种形状-颜色混合不变特征的构造方法,特征提取的过程包含同时对形状、颜色信息的抽取,直接构造出能够同时对形状仿射变换和颜色对角-偏移变换具有不变性的特征,也称作形状-颜色矩不变量.首先分别在图像的2维几何空间、3维颜色空间定义形状核、颜色核,然后对形状核、颜色核的乘积进行多重积分,最后做规范化,就得到一个不变量.理论上,通过选择不同的形状核、颜色核可以推导出无穷多的不变量.实验结果表明,该方法优于加权组合特征的方法;与加权特征、局部特征相比,形状-颜色矩不变量对于同一物体不同成像条件下的近复制图像、整体属性相似的图像、大体类似的物体图像等表现出较高的检索性能及效率. 相似文献
